She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Ilysa is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, improve emotional regulation, and build secure, lasting connections.

With a background in the creative arts, Ilysa incorporates expressive modalities such as photography and collage into her work when helpful. She is passionate about providing person-centered, trauma-informed care and fostering an environment that is inclusive, safe, and affirming.
