Ilysa Memmer, LCSW

Ilysa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Ilysa is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). She integrates creative and practical approaches to offer clients multiple pathways toward insight, healing, and lasting change.

Prior to opening Warwick Counseling, Ilysa worked as a clinician and supervisor in an intensive outpatient mental health and substance use program. She also has experience working within Good Samaritan Hospital’s emergency department and chemical dependency unit, supporting individuals during moments of acute crisis and transition.

Ilysa’s therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, humorous and deeply relational. She places strong emphasis on the importance of connection—helping clients develop a deeper relationship with themselves while strengthening their emotional bonds with others. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, improve emotional regulation, and build secure, lasting connections.

With a background in the creative arts, Ilysa incorporates expressive modalities such as photography and collage into her work when helpful. She is passionate about providing person-centered, trauma-informed care and fostering an environment that is inclusive, safe, and affirming.

Outside of her practice, Ilysa is a married mom to two boys and two dogs. She enjoys photography and watching movies in her free time.

Brittany DeYorgi, LMSW

Brittany DeYorgi, LMSW is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their journey toward healing and personal growth. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Syracuse University and has experience providing both individual and group therapy.

Before joining Warwick Counseling, Brittany provided therapeutic support to children and adolescents ages 4 to 21 at St. Dominic's School in Blauvelt, NY. Her experience in school-based mental health has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges young individuals face, from emotional regulation to social development.

Brittany takes a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. She believes in empowering clients by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, she strives to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.

Caitlin Tramontozzi, LMSW

Cait is a licensed social worker with years of experience serving individuals and families in both social work and mental health settings. Through these diverse roles, she has developed a unique understanding of the complexities of mental health and the challenges people face throughout different stages of life. Her diverse professional experiences have allowed her to support individuals and families facing a wide range of concerns, and she believes in meeting every person with compassion, respect, and without judgment, recognizing that each individual's experiences, strengths, and needs are unique.

Cait earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Dominican University in 2014 and her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University in 2015.

Cait works with individuals across the lifespan and welcomes clients of all ages. She has a particular passion for and specialization in working with adolescents and teens, helping them navigate the unique emotional, social, academic, and developmental challenges that arise during these important stages of life. She strives to create a space where young people feel safe being themselves, building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and developing confidence as they move toward their goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Cait has a deep love for animals and is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. A lifelong resident of Warwick, she cherishes spending time with her daughter and nephews, who bring tremendous joy and perspective to her life. She also enjoys visiting the Jersey Shore and spending time with family.

Meredith Mirabile-Bizzak

Mirabile-Bizzak, LMHC, LPC Meredith

Meredith is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and brings over 20 years of experience across clinical, school, and private practice settings.

Meredith has specialized training in perinatal mood disorders, fertility counseling, and reproductive mental health through Postpartum Support International and Covington & Hadkin and Associates. She has extensive experience helping clients navigate the emotional complexities of family building, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and major life transitions. Her background also includes work in outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, and school counseling in both the United States and abroad, offering her a comprehensive and well-rounded clinical perspective.

Meredith takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She is committed to helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. Meredith strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

Britney Caligiuri

Britney Caligiuri, MHC-LP

Britney earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the lifespan. Britney is passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where clients of all ages feel safe, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Britney’s professional experience includes working with the Orange County Crisis and Suicide Lifeline, where she specialized in crisis intervention, as well as providing services within forensic settings to diverse populations, including adolescents and individuals navigating substance use challenges. These experiences have strengthened her ability to support clients through difficult transitions, emotional distress, and complex life circumstances with compassion and understanding.

Her clinical approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and integrates evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether working with children, teens, adults, or families, Britney tailors treatment to foster emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and promote lasting growth. She is committed to building trusting therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, integrity, and acceptance, empowering clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Joyce Neuss, LCSW, Ph.D

Dr. Joyce Neuss received her M.S.W. and Ph.D. from New York University and is a registered play therapist, play therapy supervisor, and clinical social work supervisor. She is certified in Sand Tray Therapy, trauma therapy/EMDR, and MARI/Mandala.

Dr. Neuss enjoys mentoring therapists and students, as well as providing educational training to community groups, private practices, and school systems. While she no longer sees clients, she continues to guide and support all onboarding therapists at Warwick Counseling. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her family and, most importantly, enjoys playing with her grandchildren.
